Shipping

Poppy currently ships nationwide. 

Standard rate: 

Metro Manila: Php 150

Provincial: Php 200

How do I know if the item is on hand?

On hand items automatically shows the add to cart button when clicked.

Payment Options:

We accept payments through BDO/BPI/BPI Family Savings/Metrobank bank deposit (Online and OTC)

Money transfers through Palawan Express, LBC, Cebuana, GCash

Credit cards through Paypal

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days.

On hand items are shipped the next business day after payment.

Pre-orders usually take 1-3 weeks after payment. Don't worry! We keep you posted on your tracking number once your item's sent out so you can see the status of your order!

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please send us a direct message on Instagram @shoppoppy_ !

Inventory

In circumstances that a sold out item is purchased, we will send you an e-mail as soon as it is brought to our attention. 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We make sure your items are in good condition prior to shipping. However, in any case that you received a damaged / wrong item, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately via email at hello@shop-poppy.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Attached photos of damaged item

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?

For Returns & Exchanges, we ship the item as soon as they are available. Should you wish to apply for a refund, please reach us at hello@shop-poppy.com
